September is Self-Care Awareness Month. Who says? A cool organization called Evolve to Live. But also I say, because guess what? This summer my self-care fell by the wayside while taking care of the needs of my family and getting my first-born safely off to college. My awesome friend Donna came up with this silly title, years ago, when we were chatting about how silly all of us are with boot-camps and challenges and smackdowns all over the place.
